Our founders have lived in the Mount Hawthorn area on and off for decades and have watched the neighbourhood evolve during that time.

After several years living and working in both rural and metropolitan Queensland, they welcomed the opportunity to return to Western Australia, where their young family could spend more time with extended family.

Mount Hawthorn Family Practice was established in January 2016 to offer experienced, understanding and professional medical services to the residents of Mount Hawthorn and nearby suburbs. As the practice grew, it moved to its current purpose-built home at 61 Flinders Street.

Today, the practice remains independent and community-focused. Our team is committed to high-quality family medicine, preventative healthcare and the continuity that comes from getting to know patients over time.
